At BZBee Cleaning Solutions, we believe great service starts with great leadership. We’re hiring a Janitorial Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of their assigned accounts,leading teams, maintaining quality, and making sure service gets delivered right.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading a team of cleaners to deliver consistent, high-quality service across your assigned accounts.
• Conducting routine walkthroughs and quality checks to ensure standards are met and issues are resolved before they escalate.
• Hiring, onboarding, and training new team members so they’re set up for success from day one.
• Serving as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, and handling concerns professionally.
• Managing team schedules and communicating coverage plans with team coordinators.
• Coordinating supply and equipment needs to keep each location fully stocked and ready to perform.
• Promoting a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride in work within the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in a service-based environment (janitorial experience preferred).
• Proven ability to maintain high service quality through hands-on leadership and regular oversight.
• Strong communicator who can build trust with both teams and clients—and speak up when something needs to be addressed.
• Highly organized, with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Comfortable using scheduling tools and mobile apps to stay connected and keep things running smoothly.
• You bring leadership, integrity, and accountability into every part of your work—you don’t wait to be told what’s broken.
• Adaptable under pressure, and able to solve problems without getting stuck or passing blame.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $40,000 annually
• Performance-based incentives for meeting key KPIs.
• Commission opportunities on project work and upsells (e.g., floor work)
• Clear structure, strong leadership support, and room for advancement as the company grows
• Total potential compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 annually with performance incentives and upsell commissions
