We’re looking for a dependable, experienced cleaning professional to join our evening operations team as a Support Technician. In this role, you’ll support multiple office locations by maintaining cleaning quality, assisting team members on-site, and stepping in when extra help is needed. This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while keeping standards high.

 

Job Overview

As a Support Technician at BZBee Cleaning Solutions, your role is key to keeping our operations smooth and our clients satisfied. You’ll work primarily evening shifts across multiple office locations, helping ensure cleaning tasks are completed to standard—even when schedules shift or coverage is needed. Whether you’re assisting a team member, filling in for an absence, or reinforcing quality on-site, your reliability and attention to detail make all the difference.

While most shifts are in the evening, occasional daytime work may be required based on operational needs. Flexibility and a strong sense of ownership are essential in this role.

This position starts at approximately 30 hours per week, with the potential for more hours based on performance and business needs. It involves driving between locations during your shift, so you’ll need to be quick on your feet, confident working independently, and ready to step into different environments as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality cleaning tasks across office locations, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation.
  • Ensure surfaces, touchpoints, and floors are thoroughly cleaned to meet company standards.
  • Travel to different client sites each shift based on the company’s daily staffing and coverage needs.
  • Step in for absent cleaning staff to ensure no work is missed.
  • Support on-site cleaners when extra help is needed to complete tasks on time.
  • Help uphold quality standards by identifying and addressing any cleaning or supply issues.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members by demonstrating proper cleaning methods and expectations.
  • Communicate regularly with your manager to report site conditions, challenges, or supply needs.
  • Flexibly respond to last-minute changes or additional assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience required.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to doing the job right, every time.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between locations.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to work primarily evenings with occasional daytime assignments as needed.
  • Comfort working independently and adapting to different work environments.
  • Consistent attendance and strong sense of accountability.
  • Professionalism and clear communication with both teammates and managers.

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $13.00 per hour
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week to start
